How To Get The Sidebar To Appear On Every Pages?

This is the most frequently asked question in the Headway Premium Wordpress Theme forum. Surprisingly there was no documentation or video given on this topic in the Headway membership site. The below method is the standard method given by the Headway administrator

  1. In the Headway visual editor, hover on the “NO WIDGETS” and you see a row of icons appear.
  2. Click on the Pencil icon and a “Widget Ready Sidebar” popup box will appear.
  3. Under “Other Sidebar ID”, fill in a number, close the box and click on “Save all Changes” to save.
  4. You can get this number by going to your wordpress admin panel, under “Appearance” and “Widgets”, the Sidebar ID is stated at the Primary Sidebar header.
I find the above method a bit tedious, it should be made a global setting where you can apply throughout the site instead of going to every individual page to insert a leaf and insert the Sidebar ID.

Many people think the "linking" method in Headway Premium Wordpress Theme will do the job but it is not. The "linking" method copy not only the sidebar but also the body content as well to the other pages. I believe this is not the result everyone look for, hopefully the next version can do better on this feature.
